It's going to be an extremely satisfying weekend with some great games from 2K up to 75% off. Build a unique civilization, command a pirate ship or expand your own railway company!

The 2K Strategy Weekend sale on GOG.COM lasts until 8 March, 2 PM UTC.
high rated
2k should also strategically release the Borderlands Handsome Collection here.
Civ I and II would be a nice addition as well.
Yeah seems like something's up with a weekend sale so early.
Also the list of games is very short, far from usual size of weekend sales...
Definitely something's around the corner.
Well, Spring is at the corner in our hemisphere. Does not make GOG some kind of special event or spring sale before Steam and others?

Just asking, not really sure
Civilization V, Civilization VI and Xcom2 would be nice to see on GOG. I wonder, when GOG starts acquire those games.

Borderlands Handsome Collection would be nice to have here, but i'd like to see the first Borderlands game too; i used to have it on disc, but in the end 2K decided to ditch their date check server(s) thus rendering the retail versions useless. They offered a Steam key to the retail version owners, but i've never cared about it.

In any case, i'd buy the GOG version of Borderlands series right away.
Is it Easter in Poland now or why did the weekend start on a Thursday?

I don't know.
First day of spring is on March 20th...that's friday in two weeks, and probably not exactly "around the corner".

Because we already are in the second half or more of the winter of course "I think" spring is around the corner :). Two weeks is nothing. But of course, It is just a very subjective time perception of mine :).

In any way I was refering more of a possible Spring sale before the normal date. (last year was around day 20) to not overlap with the Steam Spring sale. Something like that.

greetings
