At first sight, both look quite good, specially USC: Counterforce.
We'll see if they're up to the expectations but, right now, it's a +2 to my wishlist :)

From what I have read, one of the main complains about this game is that some weapons can only fire in certain directions.

Unrealistic, but it's ok for me if it brings some depth to the gameplay.
