That's how awesome GOG is...
One day I'm going to cave and get that "The Ultimate D&D Collection" for the convience of just downloading rather than installing by disk. I always stumbled as I've already paid for physical BG1, BG2 x2 (CD, then DVD version), IWD 1, IWD2, PST and NWN 1. (I have bought NWN2 & ToEE on GOG).

Maybe when it comes around again if they do a last day "its all the bundles, go on you know you want to" sale.

I had the same problem with Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic.
But I caved when the disk had an error and I wanted to play, so instead of reinstalling from disk bought it and installed from GOG.
Riddick: is it better than expected, but still average, or is it really a great game that I shouldn't miss?
How is that "Two Worlds" game?

I played it years ago on console (the first Riddick - forgot the title, but not the edition GoG sells) and it was fantastic. Highly story based FPS with some really interesting mechanics (stealth, hand to hand combat) in a great environment that at the time was gorgeous.

It's certainly not an average game. I imagine it probably holds up well too.

Riddick sabotages some of it's own mechanics, such as stealth where enemies can see you instantly from a mile away, but it's not a bad shooter. I reckon it's worth a playthrough at that price, especially as it's two games in one. Though the Butcher Bay content is definitely a load better than Dark Athena.
Kingdom Rush is up next. I highly recommend this one. Started life as a flash game, but the standalone version is very nicely polished and a lot of fun, even if you're twitch-deficient like me. Love this game.

Yes forgot to mention this. By the latemidgame to endgame it is much more of a shooter. Still a pretty shooter and a fun one at that. But it does phase out some of the opening's interesting gameplay. Also thanks ReynardFox you reminded me - it is Butcher's Bay I'm talking about here, not Dark Athena.
I am trying to buy Two World with my Payapl Wallet and it says something went wrong every single time :/

IronArcturus: How is that "Two Worlds" game?
Very hard at the start. Frustrating hard. After you get a few levels and slam back bunches of potions it's a lot of fun. A huge Diablo-like variety of loot. So if you like collecting gear and finding new stuff this game would be great for you. If I remember correctly you can build out your character as a jack of all trades. So you can be decent with a sword and still fling spells, that kind of thing.

Imagine playing Diablo 2, but in 3rd person. Combat is less strategic than say a Risen but still gives you a few options. In a way it's easier to get into but still keeps things interesting. I remember the world being pretty big too.

I liked Two Worlds better than Two Worlds 2, mainly because I loved the unending flow of neat loot in the first game.

Thanks to both, +1
I'll think about it then.

Two World and Risen series, instead, have a ton of bad reviews, so I always skipped them.

Atleast the first Risen is really good in my opinion. If you really liked the Gothic series you will definitly love Risen 1.
I hope that GOG realizes one day that the platformer is a type of action game.

I haven't played the newer Athena version, but I really enjoyed Butcher Bay, which is part of Athena. I think it's one of the best movie to game translations done. It's still a very good game without the movie tie-in. If you enjoyed the game, it's a nice bonus that the original actors did the voices for their characters.
