hello , i surfed to the site just moments ago after seeing the email and the community giveaway game waas not added to my library? is this a bug? i am on belgian time btw

I believe the giveaway is over and has been for a few hours.

It was a 48 hours giveaway and it started 2 days ago:

You can try and bring up the issue in that thread or you can try and send in a support ticket and politely ask them to look into the matter:

edit: Normally you get the giveaway game via clicking on a banner on the front page of the website, not by just following the email to the website. The banner has been gone for a while now.

Belgian time is also known as Central European Time, same timezone as Poland. Which community giveaway is it you're talking about? When was the email sent?

I see the email talks about UTC if that is the same. Dungeons 2 was the game

Those emails tend to arrive too late so personally I just unsubscribed to them all.

I still do recieve reciepts for my games, yes, but no information or such.

CET is UTC +1 (hour), during summer much of Europe uses Central European Summer Time (CEST) which is UTC +2. This means that 06:00 UTC corresponds to 07:00 CET, or 08:00 CEST.

The Dungeons promo, however, has sadly passed. There is always the possibility that some kind person has a giftable copy of it to give you, but otherwise you're out of luck. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

You may have missed the suggestion that I gave about contacting support directly, explaining you received the email late and discussing the matter with them:

That would be your best bet on trying to get a copy of the game.

I got a spare code for Dungeons 2 (I bought it before) so if you still want it just let me know. Hurry up though I think the code will expire soon
