Help! Hello out there. My first post. I have a problem.

I purchased two games today from gog and neither one will run on my laptop. (Windows 10, 64 bit) an error message comes up when I try to launch. it is the same message for both games (they are by the same developer.- "Gemini Rue", and " Resonance". message says something to the effect of "can't run 16 bit graphics" is there anything I can do without tinkering around too much.

Maybe a problem with your graphics drivers? These games run in low resolutions. I would suggest changing the settings to run the games in 1024x768, I think that is their maximum resolution. Also you should post in the forums for those games.
