Hi, I've reached Kazg and Underground River so far with my lvl 11 Shaper. Now I don't really know what to do. Earlier in the game I pretended I knew Trajkov to get the Sholai let me pass but now they attack me wherever I go. I don't want to align with the Takers, who probably could make me befriend with the Sholai, because I don't want to murder Ellhrah (besides, I've already joined the Awakaned, thinking they would help me go further - seems not - and that I still could betray them later for any reason). I thought there would be another way.

The other areas I try are too hard for my party, especially the Icy tunnels and their specters.

What could I do ?

Which areas have you explored? Maybe you could post a screenshot of the island map screen. Maybe post your stats too. Level 11 should be high enough to explore a lot of areas (though I've only played as an agent).
Wow I didn't check properly, I just got to level 13 oops

The scenario was transporting me casually until Kazg where... well nothing much.

There are a few places you can go. I'd recommend passing through East Kazg first, as there are a few important areas to the east and south of there to visit. You can also try heading north of the Dry Wastes on the western side of the island, as well as east from the Power Station, but those areas are more difficult to clear. Good luck!
Ah, yeah. The serviles there warned me to not go this way...

The question was also: which way "must" I go to continue the story - without killing everybody I meet ?

You are a shaper. Who cares what the serviles say? ;)

There are some people just east of East Kazg who will definitely help advance the story. Choosing not to ally with the Takers can be more challenging, so you'll benefit from exploring more areas and leveling up.
So to go east, I'm forced to make the Takers an enemy if I don't want them to be an ally ? No way to stay neutral in the game ? I don't really understand the solutions.
You can remain neutral, but if you've joined the Awakened you aren't really neutral. That said, I don't think joining the Awakened automatically turns the Takers against you. Are you still able to enter Kazg without being attacked?

There are some Takers in the areas around Kazg that are naturally hostile towards you and you will need to fight them, but this will not affect your relationship with the Taker leadership.
If I try to go past the gate east of East Kazg, all of the Takers including the city turn hostile. The only way to go pacifically seems to join them.
Hmm, I was definitely able to pass through there without annoying the Takers, although I wasn't allied with any sect. I just took a look at a walkthrough to remember some details. In Kazg, did you talk to Eko Blade and get a quest from him? If so, the servile Veel in East Kazg should let you pass. If not and you're trying to get past anyway, that might be what's turning them against you.
