I am stuck with the warped creator on the first island. I am playing as the tough guy of the classes and have a few points into shaping.

This boss is impossible even on casual. Did the developer mean for this to be so hard or was there a patch I have to download to fix this? If there is a patch to make the game easier I'd like to know.

The game is intended to be obscenely difficult.
If it gets too hot but you still want to play, I would honestly recommend finding a character editor or using something like CheatEngine.
Geneforge is tough, really tough.

Im playing gene forge 3 and yes I know, the game is really tough.

The Guardian is the toughest class to play as in all of the Geneforge games except the second, I would reconmend utilizing Greta to hit it, and throwing in some acid damage when you can from your spells if you can. Don't fight it in melee, creators have a strong melee attack. You might also consider lowering the difficulty-considering how hard it is to play as a Guardian, I don't think there wis any shame in doing so.
