I'm stuck practicing at the firing range. The targets turn pixelated and garbled for want of a better word, and no matter how many times I shoot w/out getting hit by the light, I never seem to pass the test. I haven't noticed the any other problems with the graphics, etc. except during this part of the game. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe it's a stupid question, but... are you sure to have shot enough times both the dummies? Maybe you are locking the aim on a single one while ignoring the second. The "pixellation" is a bug, it happened to me, too, but it caused no problems gameplay-wise.
