How does this game perform on low end hardware?

I'm aiming for reliable and consistent 60fps @ 720p even if loss of fidelity.

This game would maybe go great on my HTPC builds.

#1 intel Core 2 Duo e7400 / RadeonHD 7770 1GB / 4GB RAM / Win 8.1 x64.
#2 AMD A8-7650k / Radeon r7 260x 2GB / 8GB RAM / Win 8.1 x64.

All I have for living room TV PC.

Laggy and runs like crap on a 8 core Intel 8th gen and GTX 1080.
