No server found means that at the very moment of you searching for a game, there are no other players hosting the game. You might want to host by yourself and then let other people join you.

There are several topics here in which you can organise a game in advance ("I can play all Saturday if someone wants to join") and on Gauntlet Discord (discord[dot]gg/AjJ8twT - permanent link). Good luck - the game really starts shining only when there are 4 players on Unfair difficulty :).
