Well actually it starts, I can hear the sound of the main menu, but the game windows is so tiny that is just a pixel on the center of the screen.
I tried what people suggested on steam but nothing helped.
Do you have the same issue?

SOLVED!
I updated the GPU drivers and now it starts maximized
