Is anyone getting this whenever you try and do a local game?

I installed the client originally through Galaxy but even installing the DRM free version is getting this.

I should have mentioned that this happens when trying a local game.

Interestingly, I tried playing a regular solo 'online' game and it worked, so I am speculating that it starts a local server and whatever port it tries to use is already taken by something else.
