SecondAttemps: I've been really enjoying Gangsters so far with my time playing it, but consistently now I have found that for some reason the rival gangs have been able to keep poaching places right in the heart of my territory and no matter what I do I can't get them back. How do I prevent this? Or failing that outside of outright killing the rival gangsters which can be hard early game how do I get the businesses back to paying me? If I kill them then the place just sits empty and I have no idea how long it takes for them to fill back up, and buying so many different places seems like a massive drain on money, and far too expensive to even attempt.
