Is there a way to have this game run in a window on Windows 7? I tried the "Windowed SE4 Tool" from the spaceempires.net website (http://www.spaceempires.net/downloads-details-708-Windowed_SE4_Tool.html), but it doesn't seem to work after I extract the .zip file and run "MakeSE4Windowed.exe".
