Anybody wondered why Galactic Civilization III and any of their DLC are not discounted during this big Winter Sale?
Meanwhile on Steam it's 75% off. To be hones I haven't seen it discounted on other sales either.

Is it a licensing issue? Or overlooked by GOG :)

It's about Star Control. There are some questions about who owns what rights, which caused a law-suit and a counter-law-suit. Here is a link to an Q and A about the whole affair. Plus another one to the latest news: a DMCA take down of Stardocks new Star Control game.

That's all fine and interesting, but this should not impact discounts regarding GalCiv. Especially if the discount is present on Steam.
