So I've been playuing Gal. Civ. 2 for a few days now and I wondered if I might have found a bug. I'm playing a random game on easy difficulty, and every once in a while, a news bulletin pops up that says my Civilization is the most powerful, but when I retire from a game, my Civvy is at the bottom of every category. This is only a mnor annoyance, but is this a bug, or am I really that bad at this game?
