Buyers beware of Stardock's sales policy on gog!

I own the base game (of GalCiv3) and almost all DLCs, paid for them far more than the ultimate edition currently costs (approximately 3 times what they ask now for it on sale), but according to gog support they may not offer customers an option to pay a reasonable amount for an upgrade to the ultimate edition... I would either have to pay (again!) for the game and all DLCs to get the ultimate edition, or pay for all missing DLCs.

OK, Stardock - I can not do anything against this policy, but I will not ever again buy anything from you and will tell others about your policies...

But don't you already own almost everything? What would you even gain by getting the Ultimate edition? Wouldn't it be must cheaper to just buy the remaining DLCs that you want?
