I know GalCiv2 has plenty of mods, but I seem to recall GalCiv 1 having them too. I haven't played this game since a bit after its release. It really was the game that finally took me away from religiously playing Civ2 for years, as well as Alpha Centauri.

Is there an active modding community for GalCiv1?

And, in case GOG is listening, my fingers are still crossed for bringing GalCiv2 and 3 here.

Nothing new since 2005, is this from personal experience or just what you found on google, Triock? Either way, thank you, there appears to be a lot to look at there.
