Purchased the game today's sale Ultimate

But the game hang's up on the Players Creation Window

Both off line and Galaxy
No matter the size of the Galaxy or type of race

Gets passed the Galaxy map creation Window but hangs up on "Setting up Players' Window.
Any one familiar with this.
