There are some characters in the game who seem like they might be gay or bi-sexual. Ludwig, Von Glower, and Dallmeier (the guy whom Grace speaks with at Ludwig's grave) come to mind. And since all of the members of the hunting club are men, most of them might be gay. It is possible that Von Zell was jealous that Gabriel becoming Von Glower's favorite, and some of that jealousy could be rooted in sexual attraction. Preiss obviously isn't gay.

Are any of them gay? Also was Ludwig gay in real life?

The Wikipedia article on Ludwig II (at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludwig_II_of_Bavaria) suggests that he was homosexual based on diary entries and letters dating back to the 1860s, but does not provide a link to those letters; take that with as much salt as you like, or do your own research on Ludwig II.

As for the Royal Bavarian Hunting Lodge, well, it is an exclusive men's club, which would of course attract men who prefer the company of other men to that of women. That is not to say that any given member necessarily does.

The only club members whose sexuality can be easily inferred are Gabriel (straight), Von Glower (either bi or gay, depending on whether he really liked that woman who was with him or was just pretending to), and Preiss, who talks a big talk about liking women (straight), but brought his bondage gear with him on the hunting trip, even though he had very little chance of using it on women. (Or men, for that matter, given what everyone else in the club thinks about him.)

Von Zell may have had a sexual attraction to Von Glower independent of the werewolf bond, or maybe his possessiveness had nothing to do with anything except the werewolf bond. (Von Glower is MY alpha werewolf, and I won't share him with any other beta!)

I wonder about that woman with Von Glower. I would guess that he hired her as a hooker for Gabriel, so that Gabriel would feel completely happy at VG's place, so that he could sleep perfectly comfortably. Admittedly I thought VG was going to have sex with Gabriel but then didn't want to wake him up (in the chapter 5 opening movie), but now I think VG was going to bite Gabriel but the talisman stopped him. If that's the case, then VG would certainly need Gabriel to be sleeping as comfortably as possible, and that would mean Gabriel's sexual needs must be met. Gabriel had been talking a lot about Grace, so VG could see that Gabriel wasn't gay, which could explain the need to hire a hooker for Gabriel.

But if that's the case, I don't know why she'd have been at the opera with VG. My best guess for that would be he was given 2 tickets, and she was the best friend he had left. VZ was dead, Gabriel never responded to his letter, and the other members of the club weren't ready to be VG's lifelong companion. So I'd guess he figured he might as well give the ticket to her. I think she's more likely to have really been into VG than vice-versa.
