Anyone else feel an eerie similarity between the two in regards to the theater portion of both stories? Obviously the overall plots are far removed, but I can't help but imagine that Tarantino played GK 2 back in the day and, even if just subconsciously, gained just a bit of inspiration. It occurred to me first while Grace was in the upstairs room getting the spotlight ready.

Tarantino started writing the movie in 1998, shortly after GK2 came out. So I suppose is it possible.
