When I try to open the game all I see is a black screen, I could hear the Sierra logo but the screen stay black and nothing happen.

I have Windows 7 32 bit.

At fist make sure Windows 7 has all old components of DirectX9 by installing this:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Then try running the game as administrator and in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP3 (right-click the game's start icon => Preferences).

Thanks! I follow your instruction and its works, I also needed to delete Sierra.avi file.
