I use to manage to get his print before, but now I can't. I just reinstalled this game yesterday and I use to not have any problems at all. I followed the instructions on how to run it on Windows 10, but it never gave me any problems like this before.

Where are you trying to get his fingerprint from?

You need to get it from a book in a drawer... when you sneak in...
(Trying to be somewhat vague to make sure I am not spoiling anything)
