Hi,

I just purchased GK2 The Beast Within, but I can't find where to find and how to install subtitles.

All the links point toward a file hosted on the Sierra website which seems to not respond anymore. I found an old version of 2012 ore something, but it won't work (ScummVR crash). I updated ScummVR to current version.

Does anybody have a mirror link to the subtitles file ? And how to install it properly ?

You can still find the subtitles patch file using the Wayback machine, since luckily that page has been archived. Eg.:

I still cannot download it :/ My browser say the website is not secured (using a wrong protocol) and won't let me access it whatever I do (same on Vivaldi or Edge)

It seems the forums uses some algorithm to parse links that gets confused by web.archive.org urls like the one above, ie:
The text shows the actual address, but the link is a mash up that tries to go directly to an https address of sierrahelp.

You could either copy the text of the address and paste it in your browser (it should start with https://web.archive.org) or you could go to the web.archive.org site, search for the sierrahelp.com archives and visit a recent archived version from there.

Great ! I didn't notice the adress was skipping the webarchive part !

I downloaded the right file and subtitles are working !
