At the beginning of Chapter 2, when I can explore Schloss Ritter and talk to Gerde, the cutscenes glitch so that almost all of them (including all dialogue options with Gerde) show Grace standing up from looking in the closet. The only cutscenes that play as they should are Grace speaking with the man at the fireplace and her checking the locked door behind the bed.

Has anyone else encountered this? Chapter 1 played out without a glitch. I am on Windows 7.

So after reinstalling failed to solve the issue, I tried reloading from a prior save and playing forward to the point of the glitch. The second time through, everything worked as it should and I am progressing through the game again.
