Sorry if this has been asked, and sorry if this sounds stupid, but where *are* the save files for GK1? I can't find them clearly labeled, but it's probably right under my nose. I'm not a very good detective when I don't have random pixels to click on.

Only asking because I finished the game (and it was awesome!) and I want to uninstall it, since it takes up almost 700 MB (not a huge number, but still), but I want to back-up my save files.

Any help anyone can provide will be appreciated.

Save games are in the installation folder of the game.

For example, if you used the 2.0.0 installer and the game is in C:\GOG games\Gabriel Knight - Sins of the Fathers, that's where the saves are, too.

The saves are named GKSG.000, GKSG.001, GKSG.002, and so on. You can also find them by going to the install folder and sorting files by modification date.
