Hi all, hope someone can answer this one. So I bugged Madame Cazanoux on the phone a couple times and found after looking at a walkthrough, that I'd selected the wrong speech options when trying to talk to her. Now when I dial her, I get nothing but a busy tone. Am I now unable to progress?

All you actually need is getting the name of her dog. Then call the dog vet.
