I've been playing the GoG version of Gabriel Knight 2 and every time I go through the door on the left of the blue room in the Wagner museum (the door with the two busts on either side) the game crashes, which makes it impossible to make progress. Does anyone have a solution/know of a patch for this? For the record, I tried going around the loop of the museum in the other direction and trying to enter the room from that direction also makes the game crash.

The same thing is happening to me. Anyone have a saved game past this point?

You guys might try opening a ticket with support. I remember the museum part of the game being the slowest and boring (having to click on everything to progress) but it picks up as soon as you are done (assuming you can get past the crash).
