Having researched The Beast Within previously, I was excited and interested to play a fully FMV game. Although i'd played some games throughout the 90s, somehow the FMV craze had passed me by. I looked into both this and Sanitarium, and snapped up The Beast Within as soon as it was released.
The GK chapters are the most interesting and enjoyable, the Gracie chapters, especially her second one, feel a little laboured but they are vital to the storyline. Having recently played a lot more adventure games, GK2 is defintiely one of my favourites now.
So, an exciting, fairly long and incredibly enjoyable game, for only $5.99. Grab it..now!
