It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I downloaded this to a corporate PC forgetting which PC I was on. I can not move it from that PC. I can't email it or copy it off via USB. I would like to re-download it...if I can without buying another copy.

I tried the "Submit Request", but that's not working on any browser.

What are you talking about? Just go to your 'games' tab in your account, find full throttle, click on it and find files to download there.... On GOG it doesn't matter how many times you did download your game, but if you let it slip away from you to other people, that's basically piracy, so probably pay attention what you are doing with your games. Installing it on "some" corporate PC may mean you are not in control who will find it, which doesn't sound very wise... :D (not even mentioning that most of the corporations are using remote administration tools and have perfect reporting what was being downloaded and installed by their employees).

Just go to the "right" PC, access your GOG account, go to your games library in GOG online, find the game, then simply download it to the "right" PC. Works every time...;)
Pretty sure the whole point of GOG (from the customer's point of view) is that there is no wrong/right PC. Just log into your account and redownload the game on the PC you want to play on?

Not that Steam and similar stores would stop you from installing your games on multiple PCs either, unless the game itself has some sort of draconian DRM, the only difference is that you have to log into your account every time to run the game.
