When the credits roll at the end you can't see them unless you are in the old school rendering mode (F1)

I had the same issue with dev commentary disabled. I quit the game, reloaded the last autosave with dev commentary on, and still got the issue.
I sent a dxdiag to Double Fine support. I hope they'll figure it out.
In case it's relevant, I run on a core-i5 4690K and a Radeon R9 390.

If you're using Galaxy, try to repair installation:
Click at "Full Throttle Remastered" in the games list, then click at "MORE" > "Manage installation" > "Verify / Repair...".
