I bought the game and found my serial key without issue, but the page tells me that the extra keys are depleted. Do I just have to wait for more keys to become available, or is there something I can do about this?

It'd be a bit crappy to advertise an extra copy for a friend, but not deliver on it.

You would probably be better off directly contacting support with your issue, they are usually quick to respond.
