When I try to register, the game is asking for a key. Where do I find it?

I bought Frozen Synapse then decided to see if Frozen Synapse Red was also on sale. When I found that it was I tried to buy it but got a message at checkout saying that RED is included in Frozen Synapse, which is great - except I can't find any way to access the RED part of the game. The base game is excellent but I would like to know why I can't play the DLC :)

Anyway I want to let you know that it's on offer again at the moment (14 hrs left). Did you ever resolve the issue?

Sorry about the delayed reply. I still don't know the answer to this. I've looked at the two keys I've got and neither one is for RED. I think the note at Checkout saying it's included with the original was just a mistake. I won't hold that against them, though. This is still my favourite place to shop :)

I have contacted support and apparently it is indeed a mistake. 'Frozen Synapse Red' isn't supposed to come with 'Frozen Synapse'. Oh well!... Sorry, I'm new to all this so I don't quite understand what you're asking. What/where are you trying to register?

Go to your Account page and click on your Frozen Synapse picture. That will pop open a box underneath Frozen Synapse that says Frozen Synapse. Under that will be a drop down button that says More. Click that and go to the thing that says Serial Keys, and that will get you your key.

I am having trouble getting my extra key though, to play with a friend. Any idea how to get that? Thank you.

Thanks man, god bless you. I was so disappointed in GOG because of this stupid key that I thought to buy the game again on Steam, but fortunately now I don't have to. The game is just working fine, thanks again.

You are very welcome! Glad I could help. This was more difficult than it should have been, IMO. I figured out how to get the extra key, but don't remember exactly what we did. I think I created a GOG account for my wife, and somehow I was able to send the key to her account. She was able to use it, and we've been able to play online against each other.

i'm sorry but i cant seem to find the keys? i don't have an option of Serial Keys!

Sorry, I haven't been on here for a long time and didn't see your post. Off the Gog.com page, go to your Account, then to Library. Find your copy of Frozen Synapse, and click on it. This will pop up a box underneath the picture. In the upper left hand corner there is a button that says More and has an arrow on it. Click this and it will bring up a drop down list. Serial Keys should be on that list. Click it and it will take you to the area that has the key on it. I hope this helps!

No, it's not there. When I open the rolldown MORE menu, there is no mention of Serial Keys. Please help!

If you are trying to get your serial key through GOG Galaxy it won't work. Do it through the GOG website and the option will be there, I just discovered it 5 minutes ago.
