Somebody stated in a Let's Play comment that there are 2 outpost depots possible in Winterhome.
I can only see the existing one. If there exists a second, it must be hidden by an existing building...

Can anybody tell me more?

Its only one. Second place is for special bulding for evacuation.

There are places for outposts to go - coal to start, steel to the lest, and raw food. Apparently, we have to choose only one.
