Is there any official game manual?

There are some UI elements that are not explained in the game (steam icon on some of the building on the building panel - like hothouse).

There is a tutorial that adds new topics as you play. However, it is on the side of the screen where you might not notice it.

If you look in there, it will tell you that the steam icon marks work buildings that must be at least liveable temperature in order to function. You may find anything else you need in there.
