Can anyone recommend a non-Saitek joystick for WinXP for FreeSpace 2. One of the best games EVER.

You can also research on Thrustmaster T Flight HOTAS X. It's less than $35 on Amazon. It has issues with supporting WC: Privateer though.
I used this stick with FreeSpace 1 and it was pretty easy to map the functions to the buttons that you want. The only downside was the lack of support for the throttle.
