Hey guys!

Curious if anyone else has had this issue before.

Currently I'm not using any graphical mod but I'm tempted to just use a mod to fix the issue.

I have currently detected my graphical driver in setup and have done all the necessary setting up for the game.
Not too sure what else I can do to fix this. I have installed the game on a second computer which has a GTX 750. I currently have a GTX 1060ti.

As you can see from the attachment you have gridlines on the main menu, font has some strange artefact followed by whenever you access the menu multiple cursers show.

This has been an interesting issue to attempt to solve and was wondering if anyone had a fix?

Thank you!

This was a common issue when playing the original CD installation on Vista and above.

I highly recommend using the Freespace Open engine to run your game. This should also give you proper widescreen support and better optimization.

You can still have a pure vanilla experience, because the FSO engine is independent of any graphical mods.

These days the setup is very painless and you can be playing in just a few clicks.
