In short: the game just doesn't work right. None of the pop-up windows display (I'm guessing that's what they are) when I go to play, the mouse glitches and twitches about, and whenever I mouse over anything it just turns into a white box. Please help? I'm guessing there's a mod to fix this but when I checked the thread half the links were no longer available for me :(
Edit: Extra info, I run Windows XP SP3 and have a NVIDIA GTX GeForce 550 Ti video card. I heard these combos will cause issues.

Scratch it, I got the game working with the mods from the official site, thank you GOG for helpful links :) (now if only I could figure this launcher out a little better...)

Hmm, as long as it's open to question... QUESTION! Does playing in a wide-screen format stretch the textures out of proportion?

Depends how you've modded it exactly.
