I was unable to find a definitive mod repository. Hard Light Productions only has a bunch of redirects. The only legitimate-looking Freespace mod hosting site that I was able to find is ModDB, and some of the mods there were taken offline for inactivity.

There's a FreeSpaceMods site but the download links there are super dodgy and some of them are probably malware.

Use the Knossos installer/launcher, most mods are uploaded on its network nowadays.
