Freespace 2 , it's space-combat as it best.
Sequel to the aclaimed Freespace, it take everything that made the first one a great game and make it better. With graphics that's still take comparison to younger title like Darkstar one the game deliver an experience that few (If none) other game have been able to.
Im talking about fast spaced combat with an overall management of your ship and something more than aim-shoot-repeat style of gameplay, coupled with large scale battle that will make you shiver with excitement . And adding to the experience is the well balanced sounds effect and music.
With a solid story with interesting twist and the fact your accomplishement and failure weight on the future missions.
It's worthy of your bucks, and a must buy if you like a game that take advantage of your Joystick.
And with a moding communitty still on the go and updating new content every month, You are gonna still be able to enjoy : Multiplayer, High-def graphics and new mission.
