I got curious on what the progress was on Torque and Spade. Development on them is postponed due to most of the team working on Freedom Planet 2 and the engine not dealing well with the additional content. Torque is playable through the Steam beta, but they're not happy about how he plays outside of his special level and Spade is available through another beta but less further along. The most likely options now seem that they'll either

A) be released after Freedom Planet 2 is released
or
B) be scrapped as additional characters and instead get their own games.

Right now the latter seems the most likely.

I hope they manage to squeeze them to the original... and with proper gameplay on all level. Then again - you just reminded me that they we're working on it. Though they were done. :(
