I'm looking to see if modding for Freedom Force 1 is easier here than on Steam. If so, I'm willing to buy it again here, but would like to save the money if it isn't.

In Steam, I have to load saves for each mod level to function. Is that issue here in the GoG version?

Howdy, I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your question, but the FF community on freedomreborn.net is likely to have someone who knows. You'll find a much better support system there than here.
