In case anyone is interested, FFv3R is on Amazon's US site for $5 with Prime eligibility. There aren't a lot of copies available, but there are some other buying choices for similar prices with shipping costs. I just received mine a couple days ago and it's a full unopened box, not a jewel case. Inside is the manual and two CDs in white paper sleeves.

The original Freedom Force is there as well for $25, new in box, also Prime eligible and also limited quantities.
