When I try to start the game it complains about a missing vulkan-1.dll. My video card is an AMD HD5870 with 1GB VRAM and DirectX11 support, so it meets the requirements: "GPU with OpenGL 3.2 or DirectX 10 support (256 MB)".

Same issue here. Game crashes when launching with Galaxy. Launching the .exe prompts this error:

"The code execution cannot proceed because vulkan-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Try to install VulkanSDK.
It works for me.

I was getting the same error and the game wouldn't run. It looks like Forsaken needs the Vulkan RunTime Libraries to run properly.

Since I was using the Windows version of Forsaken, I went to the Vulkan website and installed the Windows VulkanRT installer.

Once I installed VulkanRT the game finally worked!

Since I was using the Windows version of Forsaken, I went to the ...website and installed the Windows VulkanRT installer.

i downloaded components runtime archive only (9Mb) and have copied vulkan -1 dll from zip to root folder of the Game (Quake II RSX).

it doesn't work((

I have fixed my problem by pressing the Win + E keys together on your keyboard to open the File Explorer.
