I notice a lot of people are into hacking their D&D chars. Years ago I wanted a way to hack Might and Magic chars, and I found a program called Universal Game Editor, or UGE for short. Basically it has modules for each game, and all you do is load a module, point to the save or character file, and it has a list of things you can change like Strength, Dexterity. In Might and Magic you could input your own items, set the time of day, your location. There's text files with each module on how they work.

I'd post links, but one site I found had wares things on it and I don't want GOG to get mad at me. But if you do a Google you can find it easy, I already see people have made e a module for Pool of Radiance and most likely the other games in the series as well. Just thought it's easier than rerolling over and over or hacking hex code for people who aren't very good with that kind of thing. Hope you enjoy.

Those links should be fine:

You'll have to run UGE in DOSBox.
Gold Box Companion, I found, is quite easy to use for hacking.. It only does it in-game, but it does work for stats and such. It also helps in non-hack ways by giving you an always-visible character status and maps.
Here are modules for Menzoberranzan, Ravenloft:Strahd's Possession and Ravenloft: Stone Prophet, direct link to my own space:

Yeah, I know, GoG doesn't have Ravenloft 1 and 2 available yet... YET! Even so, some of us do own these games. :)

Edit: And here's one for Eye of the Beholder 3:

For Eye of the Beholder 1 and 2 I suggest fooling around with the All Seeing Eye.

Bit of a thread necro but regarding the item list for Ravenloft:Strahd's Possession in the readme file, there are more items that aren't on the list, beyond item 235. It's a bit of hit or miss but the items go up to around item number 320 or so. Some of the inputs cause the game to crash when looking at the inventory but there are many useful ones, such as +1/+2 weapons and various containers filled and semi-filled with items.

Super necro post... but do you know where we'd find a module for Treasures of the Savage Frontier? The link you have only has one for Gateway to the Savage Frontier.
