I cant find the nomads in the wilderness...I did the kobolds first..is this why? Since they are not a threat to the nomads the camp is gone?

I found this post on CRPG Addict, indicating that if you've already cleared the kobold caves then the kobolds won't attack the nomads. But you should still be able to find the camp. Are you sure you're looking in the right place?
