Hi Folks,

Played so far, all the games until Pools of Darkness, which I am about to start now. The problem ist, that the sounds are really horrible - especially the death screams are funny at first, but anooying after several battles.

Is there a way to turn off the sound in game like in the other games? The key there was CTRL + S (STRG + S on a german keyboard) to toggle sound, but unfortunately it doesnt work in this version.

Anyone got the same problem, or has an idea?

You can completely disable sound in the dosbox.conf file.

Thank you. But there is no other way in game turning the sound on and off?

Plug something in the headphone socket for a temporary mute?
