I have a bug that i cant leave the temple, i had an orc encounter where my fighter was unconsious so i went to a temple to heal, now i am inside the temple but if i go to the exit i trigger the cleric encounter and i end up in the middle of the room again.

When you leave such buildings, the game rotates your orientation. So make sure you are not facing the same door.

i have worked it out by talking to the cleric again, wow its a fun game but very hard, i have to travel a lot between inn and the slums i really get a lot of damage fast.
You can rest in dangerous areas, too. There is a chance of being attacked, but often there is enough time to memorize a few cure light wounds spells. Also once you clear an area, you can rest there freely.

Uhm am i doing something wrong at the first area i always get attacked
The fastest and most convenient way to get healed is to buy it from a Temple.
You'll soon enough have gold than 6 characters with 18(00) can carry.
Any slum area is unsafe to rest in until they have been cleared.

When you have defeated all the monsters, both the static ones and the wandering/random ones, the area is cleared, at which time you can also claim a reward from the clerk.

healing at the temple is very expansive at the start, i mostly go to the sleep area where you must pay 1 pp and then i use my cleric to heal the party.

In the slums there are usually 2-3 predefined major encounters that you need to win. In addition to that, you need to win in a few random battles. Just keep exploring, making money and experience. You should hire 2 additional NPCs (ideally fighters), this will help a lot in the early part of the game as their levels are quite high.
I've actually found they will give you the reward for just clearing the random encounters in many cases.

Also, the random encounters scale with level, so there is an advantage to clearing out the Slums and Kuto's Well early on.
