Greetings to all!

I wish to ask about the currency management.
Is there a way to convert all the gold, silver, electrum, platinum, and copper coins into something that will weigh less?

Like in Daggerfall:
Letter of credit - If you want to transfer gold from one region to another, or if you need more gold that you can carry, you need to obtain a letter of credit. The letter's value is defined when it is certified at a bank. The administrative charge for certification is equal to 1% of the letter's value. Therefore, if you request a 100,000 gold letter, 101,000 gold will be deducted from your bank account. A letter of credit weighs only 0.25 kg, is automatically reduced in value by the appropriate amount when used for purchases, and is accepted as a means of payment in most situations. Some services, such as taverns, will only accept gold.

Thank you for your time and assistance

Doing a simple google search yields the following result:

Currency conversion.

Trying to keep track of your wealth is a real doozy when you have five different types of coins. It makes you feel like you have traveled back in time to the United Kingdom pre-decimalization (240 pennies = 20 shillings = 1 pound, let's not get started on farthings, groats, crowns, marks and guineas). AD&D is slightly less cumbersome, with 200 copper pieces = 20 silver pieces = 2 electrum pieces = 1 gold pieces = 1/5 platinum pieces. Considering that 1,000 copper pieces = 5 gold pieces, you will want to find a way to exchange currency quickly. Fortunately you can do so in the shops. Pool all of your various currencies together on one character and buy something cheap like 10 arrows. You should see only Platinum and maybe some Gold for change in your inventory thereafter.

(In other words, pool your money to one character, then buy something cheap.)
IIRC, your money will be converted to platinum by just buying something in a shop.

But there's so much money in the game, and so little to use it on, that you can safely leave the heaps of silver and electrum behind, and eventually all gold and most platinum as well.
You can also purchase jewelry from one of the shops in Phlan.

(Although as PetrusOctavianus stated, it's not really necessary because there is way too much money in this game).
