Heh, yeah. In this case I believe the answer should be "yes" regardless if they have any in-game remapping. They are all DOS games aren't they? If so, then it's DOSBox for Windows, Linux and Boxer Standalone for Mac. Both allow you to remap keys. Actually, I'm not sure if Boxer Standalone has the UI, but you should be able to do it manually. Alternatively, you could get them running in full Boxer.
